Javier J. Echeverria

Javier practices principally in the area of international business and finance transactions. He has a strong international background, having previously worked as an associate of a Brazil based law firm, later as an in house counsel of a Brazil based company, having worked on structuring and drafting of complex agreements, oil and gas matters and international litigation and arbitration matters. Javier has a law degree form Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Rio de Janeiro. He is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

 

Elisabeth O’brien

Elisabeth has more than 15 years' experience of litigation markets, having been successively head of litigation, senior partner at international law firm with internship in Bretagne. She studied at Swansea University and also has a business background obtained through her MBA studies at University of Sheffield. Elisabeth is fluent in English and French.

 

James Oxley - Sladgers

James is a former credit risk manager. During his previous professional experience he has been involved in electronic trading venues with high volume equity liquidity pools. James holds a BA in Economics from Maastricht University and MBA from University of Bedfordshire. James masters English and German language.

 

Timotheos Barabshev

Timotheos attended Aristotle University of Thessalonike and later obtained his MBA in Moscow where started legal clerk and handled a wide range of banking cases. He is very skilled, covered all sorts of Partnership agreements, M&A transactions along with corporate matters and legal documents. Tim is fluent in Greek, English and Russian.
