Financing through funds allows individuals, companies and other institutions to unlock the often-substantial value buried in unresolved litigation claims. Historically these disputes have been some of the largest assets on corporate balance sheets. Now they offer new financing options to any CFO.

We do not have standard charges because each case is different. We charge you a percentage of what you recover if you are successful. If your case is unsuccessful, you will not have to repay us the money we have invested in your case.
