Leblone Litigation Group, which primarily focuses on commercial litigation investments, international arbitration financing and debt buyouts, is strengthening its position in the Visegrad Four region. It is newly buying the subsidiary company Senquer, whose headquarters and base for regional activities and further business expansion in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary will be the Czech Republic.
Leblone Litigation Group, which has capital in excess of 300 million euros, was founded in 2011. Due to the globalization effect, company focuses on international litigation and international debt buyouts. In the last few years, the demand in the so-called "V4" countries has been growing significantly, so it is a logical reaction of the company to satisfy it and serve more clients. At the same time, there are significantly fewer companies in the Central European region that can provide comprehensive financing of commercial disputes or arbitrations while at the same time, for example, consolidate receivables portfolios and further manage them. Leblone is one of the major providers of financial solutions for disputes of various sizes in Europe and aims to help clients with the provision of liquidity, among other things, to cover their claims. Therefore a subsidiary company was founded in Prague from which Leblone manage cases chiefly in the jurisdictions of Central European countries, but also throughout the European Union.
Leblone was established as one of the first providers of financial solutions for disputes of various sizes in Europe with the aim of helping clients with the provision of liquidity, among other things, to cover their claims.
